Return / Refund

This is how the return process works for you

Due to sustainability reasons, we deliver to you without additional papers. Therefore, we rely on your assistance. Please include a note of your choice with the return (it doesn't have to be new, just use what's available). We only need the ORDER NUMBER & FIRST AND LAST NAME OF THE ORDER.

We recommend that you send your return to us insured. In case of uninsured shipping, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

Keep your postal receipt as proof until your refund is processed.

IMPORTANT:

Only joggeres that arrive at our facility in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. Please carefully pack the joggers back into the bags to avoid any damage during shipping!

Personal return is not possible. We accept returns exclusively for new and unworn jewelry pieces. If your order shows any defects or if a jewelry piece is missing, it must be reported beforehand. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

Processing time for your return

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a notification.

Typically, we require a maximum of 10 days to process your return, although this may be extended after major sales events.

Keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund is processed.

If you have returned your entire order and have not yet paid your invoice, you will receive a cancellation confirmation of your invoice after processing your return.

If you wish to return part of your order, simply reduce the invoice amount by the amount of the returned item and transfer the remaining amount to Paypal. If you have already paid the full invoice amount, we will transfer the corresponding amount of the returned items to your account.

Exchange

An exchange is not possible. You can return your item and place a new order.

Reclamation

When does the warranty take effect?

All joggers from CONCENTRÉ come with a 1-year warranty/guarantee under the following conditions:

Defects in your jogging pants attributed to material or production flaws

CONCENTRÉ excludes warranty coverage under the following circumstances:

- Defects resulting from improper use or negligence, such as dropping or scratches caused by other objects.

- Damage resulting from improper repair or alteration of individual components.

- Impurities or dirt on the jogging pants.Natural products (e.g., pearls and shells) are inherently unique and may exhibit variations in color, shape, and material. These variations may not always match the product images.

Shipping & Delivery

General information

- You can choose your home or business address as the shipping address.

- Delivery to a packing station or a post office box, as well as to a border post office branch, is not possible. However, you can redirect your order to a post office box or branch using the tracking number.

- With German Warenpost, shipment tracking is limited, meaning the Warenpost is not scanned at every station, and there are fewer status updates compared to DHL parcels.

*Please note that during sales events and for certain products or collections, there may be longer processing and delivery times. You will be notified of this again on the product page or during checkout.
