How long does shipping take?

account on the website and checking the order status. We provide
real-time shipping updates to keep you informed.

Returns & Refunds

At Concentre, we want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not,
we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period:
    You have the right to return any item within 14 days of
    receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
    unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the
    original packaging.
  2. How to Return:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at

    We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to
    us.
  3. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of RETURN shipping. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and sent via a traceable shipping service. We cannot
    be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return
    transit.
  4. Refund Process:
    Once we receive
    and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the
    approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be
    processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original
    method of payment within 14 days.
  5. Exchanges:
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
