At Concentré, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal and how refunds and exchanges work. 1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) received the goods. If you ordered several items in one order that are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after you received the last item.

2. How to Withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to info@concentreclo.com or by post to [Company name, street, postcode, city, country]. Please include your name, your order number and the items concerned. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Returning the Goods
Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your withdrawal, to the following address: [Company name, street, postcode, city, country]. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. We recommend packaging the items securely and using a traceable shipping service, and keeping your proof of postage. Returns are accepted free of charge from our side only if the goods are defective or incorrect (see section 6).

4. Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Refund
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no extra charge to you.

6. Condition of the Goods and Loss of Value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Trying on the item as you would in a store is fine. Please do not wear, wash or alter the items, and please return them with all labels and, where possible, in the original packaging. If the goods have lost value due to improper handling, we may deduct this loss in value from your refund.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items and Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@concentreclo.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. Your statutory warranty rights apply. We will replace the item or, if a replacement is not possible, refund you. In these cases we cover the cost of the return shipping. If you would like a different size or color, please withdraw from your original order as described above and place a new order. This way, the item you want stays reserved for you as quickly as possible.
